Mark has been very helpful to me. He has a kind, warm, and friendly demeanour that put me at ease and allowed me to open up from our first session. I am 20 and now live in the USA. I’ve been fortunate that my father has guided me in my sporting career and has always been available to listen to my personal troubles. Any support I have needed I have never sought the same help twice as he would counsel me to solve a problem myself. My father acted as my sports agent to negotiate a professional baseball contract with the Pittsburgh Pirates. He is thorough with everything he does. I still seek his support and I am never left confused with what direction to take. I always walk away stronger than before.

I came to Mark with one issue that turned into many! When I needed someone to listen, Mark listened.. When I needed Marks advice, Mark gave it. I can unequivocally say that Mark has gone above and beyond for me. 

If there is someone reading this that thinks their problem is too small, not important enough to reach out or is nervous about talking to someone, I can assure you that Mark is the person to reach out too. I have been at the bottom with Mark and in the end my initial reason for calling him is not why I continue to see him to this day! He is INCREDIBLY non judgemental and actually has a genuine care for you (which can be hard to find in this industry). I am what you would call a “typical Aussie bloke” and I have balled my eyes out in front of him and on the phone more times than I can count and don’t feel one ounce of embarrassment because of the way he holds himself and treats me. I have seen a few counsellors over the years and wish I didn’t waste my time and money on the others and found Mark first.
